1door lets you publish one public page and receive messages through forms. Features under development are announced as such and are not part of what you buy today.
Your account
You are responsible for what you publish and for the address you choose. Reserved addresses and impersonating other people or brands are not allowed.
What you may publish
Anything legal that is yours. Content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or infringes someone else's rights may be suspended without notice.
Adult content
Legal adult content is allowed if you mark it. Marking it is yours to do: a marked block is blurred and asks the visitor to confirm they are of age before it opens. That confirmation is a statement by the visitor, not a verified age check, so it does not meet the age verification that some countries and states require for pornography. Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual material and anything illegal where you publish is never allowed and is removed without notice.
Plan, trial and payment
The trial lasts 30 days. After it, the Standard plan is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include the taxes stated there.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your page is paused: it stays online, forms close and nothing is deleted.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced when it affects publishing.
Changes
If these terms change we publish the new version with its date and notify significant changes by email.
