1door stores what it needs to run your page and deliver your messages. Nothing else.
Service operator

Your account (email, name, language and role), your page and its content, the messages people send you with their answers, and your billing state. Passwords do not exist: you sign in with a code or a link.
Technical data
When someone sends you a message we keep a hash of their IP address and browser, never the values themselves, to stop abuse. We delete those hashes after 30 days.
Content from other apps
A page can display content from other services. Before loading an external viewer, we ask you to allow that app. Your browser remembers the choice for 90 days; its viewers then load automatically as you approach them. The service receives your visit and may use its own cookies. You can withdraw the choice below any viewer. Withdrawal stops future loading but does not delete cookies already set by the service. Public artwork may be loaded from external image hosts; these requests disclose network information to those hosts.
Accounts you connect
Connecting an account is always optional: pasting a link shows the same content. When you do connect one, we store the permission the service gives us encrypted on our servers, never in your browser, and we ask only for permission to read. With it we bring names, titles and public addresses of what you can put on your page, nothing else: no private repositories, no orders, no customers, no one else's messages. Disconnecting deletes the permission and everything we brought with it, and we ask the service to revoke it wherever the service offers that.
Analytics without cookies
To show each creator how their page performs we count views, clicks, forms opened and messages received. There are no cookies and no third-party trackers. Instead of identifying anyone we store a pseudonymous key derived from the address and browser with a server secret; it changes every day and for each page, so it cannot follow anyone across days or pages. We also keep coarse data: the host a visit came from, a short campaign name, a device category, the country reported by the network and the date. Raw events are deleted after 90 days; only the daily totals remain.
Who processes it
Supabase (database, authentication and files, in the European Union), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments, when you subscribe) and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use session cookies for account access and browser storage to remember permissions for external content. Our own analytics does not use cookies. Other apps’ viewers may use their own cookies after you allow them.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to the address below. Deleting your account removes your page, your blocks and your messages.

Who handles your data and why
The 1door operator manages accounts, security, billing and the platform service. The professional whose page you visit receives your request to respond and determines how they use their contacts. 1door provides the technical form and inbox service. We do not sell your data.
Legal bases
We process the data necessary to provide the contracted service or respond to a pre-contract request. Proportionate abuse prevention and security rely on legitimate interests; accounting and tax processing relies on applicable legal obligations. Optional communications can be disabled in your account or through their unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by writing to the operator contact above. You can export your account data and request deletion from Security and your data. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain.
Retention and recovery
A deletion request hides your page and can be cancelled for 30 days. Our team completes permanent deletion and confirms the outcome, retaining only legally required records for their applicable periods. Abuse prevention metadata is purged after 30 days; aggregate analytics does not identify visitors.
Providers and external content
We use hosting, database and authentication, email and payment providers to deliver the service. External players activate only after you press play; remote images may contact their provider when loaded. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards apply to international transfers. The provider inventory and terms must be kept current.
Optional inbox assistant
When the owner enables the assistant and an authorized collaborator requests an analysis, we send bounded text from that request to Anthropic to suggest a summary, priority and reply draft. Free-text answers may contain personal data. We do not send direct email fields or credentials to the model. We store the result and usage records in the account; no reply is sent and no contact status is changed automatically. The owner can disable further analyses. AI is unavailable during the free trial.
Page collaborators
The owner can invite editors or inbox collaborators through a link bound to a verified email address. They can read contacts on the pages they have access to; editors can also change and publish their content. The owner can revoke access. We store invitations, permissions and contact assignments to provide this service.
